RESIDENTS TO GET BLUE BINS

The rolling out of the city council's new blue bin recycling scheme across Fenham Ward should be completed shortly.

Many residents already have their bins and the remainder should receive their new bin by the end of March.

Councillor PJ Morrissey says: "The blue bins are already proving to be very popular in other parts of Newcastle and I am delighted they are coming to Fenham Ward."
