FINAL SIGN INSTALLED AT NORTH WALBOTTLE

The final set of street signs have been installed in North Walbottle - at The Boltons.

These signs have become a familiar sight across Newburn Ward and Newcastle in recent years.

Councillor Mike Lynch explains: "Many local residents have told me how what a difference these signs make to sprucing up local communities across Newburn Ward.

"I am pleased that we have now finished work in North Walbottle. However, there are areas in Newburn Ward that are without these signs.

"If you would like one in your area, please get in touch with the Focus team."
