COXLODGE 'HOLE IN THE WALL'

4.23.00pm GMT Fri 1st Jan 2010

Opinion seems divided on whether the Northumberland Wildlife Trust and St Nicholas Hospital should be asked to block up the hole in their perimeter wall.

Residents of Mary Agnes St, Agnes Maria St and nearby have complained that the spot is a gathering place for young people and encourages criminal activity and anti-social behaviour.

Others who use the site for exercise and dog walking want it left open. Your councillors went on a site visit last month to take a look.
