New barrier fencing is to be installed on the corner of Main Road and Front Street beside the shop.

After several attempts by city engineers to solve the problem of flooding on the footpath, it has been decided that the road surface needs to be re-aligned and this work will be carried out in the new year, this should resolve the problem .
