NEW PEDESTRIAN CROSSING

9.22.00pm GMT Tue 23rd Feb 2010

A new pedestrian crossing is to be installed opposite Newcastle Falcons.

The scheme will allow parents dropping their children off at Kingston Park Primary School by car to use the rugby club car park.

Councillor Anita Lower said: "This scheme should reduce traffic congestion on Cranleigh Avenue and nearby streets."
