Birtley Close: Work to improve the area adjacent to the redundant play area has only partly been implemented. Officers have been asked to remove the remaining equipment pads and to grass the area over.

Craster Square/Jubilee Road: Your Homes Newcastle has installed better lighting to the passageway running between Craster Square and Jubilee Road to help address residents' concerns about incidents of anti-social behaviour.

Elmfield Road: Engineers are considering traffic management changes to reduce all day parking close to the junction with Kenton Road and to improve sight lines and access to Richmond Mews.

Graham Park Road: A scheme to relay the pavements has been agreed to be installed later this year.

High Street /Graham Park Road/ The Poplars / The Drive: Engineers have consulted on a road safety scheme to install double yellow lines.

Kenton Road: A pedestrian crossing is to be installed to the south of the roundabout near Elmfield Road & Park.

Parker Avenue: The redevelopment of Moorlands Hall is almost complete. The developer hopes it will be ready for occupation by residents soon.

Salters Road /Ivy Road: Food store, Fresh Mart, is looking to install an internal air handling system, following complaints about noise generated close to nearby houses.

West Avenue: A scheme to relay the pavements at the west section, adjacent to All Saints Church, has been agreed to be installed later this year.
