There are drop-in information and advice sessions around the city:

Every Monday : Gosforth Library 10am-noon

Every Tuesday : West End Library 10am - noon

Every Friday : Lemington Centre 10am - noon

And every afternoon at the Newcastle Carers Centre 135-139 Shields Road
