COUPLE'S 29 YEARS' SERVICE RECOGNISED

Lemington Village's post office has moved inside Lemington News following the retirement of Nimmi and Tosh Sehgal after nearly 30 years.

To mark Nimmi's retirement as postmistress, the Post Office's regional manager presented her with an award for her 29 years' service in Lemington.

Accompanied by husband Tosh and other members of her family, Nimmi was delighted to receive the award and to be recognised for her long service to the community in Lemington.

By way of thanks Lib Dem councillors, Lawrence Hunter and Liz Langfield, presented the couple with two bouquets of flowers by way of thanks for all their work.

Liz Langfield says: "We wish Nimmi and Tosh well in their retirement."
