DEMOLITION OF DECK ACCESS FLATS

Work starts on September 2 to demolish the deck access flats in Blakelaw.

The three-storey flats in Moulton Place and Colwyne Place are now empty and the official demolition and clearance of the site starts midday on Wednesday.

Your Homes Newcastle will be marking the event with local residents and councillors at Moorland House.
