16 Jan 2016

Europe will, this year, face even more problems, but the idea the EU is over isn't true, European Commission chief Jean-Claude Juncker has said. See report in EUobserver: https://euobserver.com/political/131855

The Dutch government, Friday, formally consented to an EU request to host a special tribunal on 1999 to 2000 war crimes, allegedly committed by the Kosovo Liberation Army. The EU-funded court will operate under Kosovan law in The Hague, in an old Europol building. Trials are to start this year, reports EUobserver: https://euobserver.com/tickers/131863
