EU bulletin 17th December 2015 Better law-making, aircraft tracking, terrorism financing

The EU and another 23 members of the World Trade Organization (WTO) have completed a trade deal that eliminates custom duties on more than 200 high-tech products, The European Commission has announced. The deal, initiated by the EU, extends the 1996 Information Technology Agreement (ITA) to cover €1.3 trillion in global trade.
