Library reopens after refit

Outer West is the latest library to go self-service as one of its options - improving service and availability. "The library now has many other new features" says Westerhope campaigner Neil Hamilton, "including a new relaxation area where coffee will be available and a new look children's area."
"We're very proud of our libraries in Newcastle. They're among the best in the country, and our new city library keeps on winning awards".
