VIEWS SOUGHT ON HOSPITAL DEVELOPMENT

16 Oct 2008

Plans for the £100 million redevelopment of Newcastle General Hospital will be considered by councillors in November.

They will be considering whether to approve plans to build a Tesco store and an outline bid for a health centre, business quarter and the Institute of Ageing.

Councillor PJ Morrissey says: "We want to hear people's views on the proposals."
