Supporting residents to clean up our phone boxes.

The residents at Jack Common House got in touch to see if we can do anything to clean up or remove the phone box that is just outside their door.

Mark has been around Heaton and found 6 phone boxes in a similar state and reported them to BT. The first request was to have them removed, since they seem like they are little used, but BT will not agree to do that. They have however agreed to clean them all up and get them all working, so hopefully we will see progress soon.
