Need help to put out your bin?

There's an Assisted Lift Scheme. These are the criteria : People who are infirm, or have a medical condition or disability, restricting their ability to wheel out the bin for collection. If there are able bodied people in the household capable of putting the bin out you are not entitled to an assisted lift.
