In a bid to increase the transparency of ongoing trade talks, the European Commission published two new TTIP documents, among them a brief on the 13th round of TTIP [Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership] talks, reports Politico Morning Trade. The European Commission has approved the acquisition of the world's second biggest brewer, SABMiller, by world leader AB InBev, reports EUobserver. The European Parliament's International Trade Committee (INTA) voted to adopt the draft recommendation on the expansion of trade in information technology products (ITA), reports Politico.
