Jesmond Residents' Survey Launched

The General Election may be over, but the job of helping local residents goes on all year round.

The Jesmond Focus Team have launched a residents' survey to find out about local people's views on the issues that matter to them.

The Local Government Boundaries Commission recently published it's draft recommendations for ward boundaries in 2026. These include a recommendation that the streets in South Jesmond ward above the Coast Road are combined with the existing North Jesmond ward to become a new Jesmond ward. As a result, we will be knocking on doors across Jesmond to speak to residents about their concerns.

We will report back on the results of the survey - online or paper - a little later in the year.
